This article is to hold me accountable.

I have decided to write an ebook (the title kind of gave that one away). Hopefully on January 1st what has long lived in my head will be published for the whole world to read. Kind of scary and kind of exciting at the same time.

So what makes my marketing “book” different from anyone else (there are literally 1000s out there).

  1. To quote Sum 41: All Killer No Filler. I have a learning disability and as a result I am the slowest reader on the face of the planet. I wont be giving endless analogies or hyperbole. What can be said in bullet points will be. Marketing is about being clear and concise, so why is every marketing book 300 pages? My goal is 15 pages, 20 max.
  2. I have a different approach. Many people focus on SEO, which is great. Google can be, and for many sites is, the #1 driver of new customers. I have a different approach which I like to refer to as PDO — Product Discovery Optimization. What is the best way to get your product in front of the right eyes. Yes, sometimes that can be Google, but that’s a long hard battle. How can we “cheat” the system to get your service/product in front of more peoples eyes ASAP.
  3. I love teaching, stink at writing, practice makes perfect 😂.

Next you might be wondering about my qualifications:

  • I am currently the CRO of Zeno Media, the worlds largest Immigrant radio platform. Along with my team we have accomplished more than I could have ever imagined. In just the last two years we have gone from signing up under 100 stations a month to now over 5000. This was driven by a website that cost less than $10,000 to build and now has (way) over 1 million MAU.
  • In addition I launched The Kosher App which within the first 30 days broke the 10,000 download mark and the video going viral with over 50,000 views.
  • I have consulted for multiple small and medium size business helping them develop marketing strategies and how best to use Social Media, No Code Tools, and Content Discovery.

Can’t wait to go on this journey and hope you are as excited as I am.
